Jabra microphone stops working when I change speaker outputs.

When I change my speaker output from the Jabra headset speakers to the SMARTBoard/SMARTPanel my headset microphone stops working, approx. 6-10 seconds after changing output (The blue headset light goes off on the dock).

In order to open up a link back to the dock with the headset, double-tap the black circle button on your headset earpiece (in the center of the silver circle on the headphone).

This should re-establish the connection. If for some reason it does not, you have two other options:

1) Directly plug the USB of the Jabra dock into your computer

2) Reset your sound settings to default and change to your preferred setup afterwards

• Right-click speaker icon in lower right of screen

• 'Open Sound Settings'

• Scroll down to 'Advanced Sound Options' and click on 'App volume and Device Preferences'

• Click the 'Reset' button
