| 1. Lower right corner. Right click speaker icon. |
| 2. Select “Open Sound Settings” |
| 3. Choose your output device.
The newest Smart Panels would likely be labeled as: Speakers (4- HP USB Media Audio).

| 4. Choose your input device.
You’ll want your input to be your headset, which would be labeled as: Jabra PRO 930. |
| 5. <optional, skip to #9> Open the Sound Control Panel. |
| 6. Find the Jabra PRO 930 microphone.
Make sure it has a green checkmark next to it, to indicate that it is your default microphone. It should, as you told it to be your default a few steps back.

| 7. Open the Recording tab. Then open the Listen tab. |
| 8. Check the “Listen to this device” box.
NOTES: When this box is clicked, the following will happen:
Some teachers find that when this setting is enabled, there is a delay when they speak (kind of like an echo). If you don’t like this effect, uncheck the box. |
| 9. Start a Google Meet.
You can do this by opening a tab and Googling “google meet” OR you can open your Gmail and on the left hand toolbar, there’s a “start a meeting” button.

| 10. Once your Google Meet is started, click the three dots in the lower right hand corner. |
| 11. Open Settings. |
| 12. Change the speaker to your Smartboard/panel speaker.
The newest Smart Panels would likely be labeled as: Speakers (4- HP USB Media Audio).
